By the end of 2009, the Mutual Fund Management Company had net assets under management (AUM) of around PhP 1,164.55 million, up 24% from the previous year.

 
In 2009, the ATR KimEng Equity Opportunity Fund was one of the best performing equity mutual funds in the country. The fund posted a year-to-date (YTD) return of 11.7%, beating the Philippine Stock Exchange Index (PSEi) by 810 basis points for that period. The MFMCP-Aizawa Trust Philippine Fund, which is also managed by ATR KimEng Asset Management, posting a YTD return of 8.5%, beating the PSEi by 490 basis points for the same period.
 
 
 
 
The Kabuhayan Mutual fund was among the best performing balanced mutual funds in the country, giving investors a YTD return of 13.87%.
